Ryan George
He/Him/His
Senior Business Administration student at Champlain College actively seeking jobs for 2026
About Me
Born in Tampa, Florida, and raised in Potomac, Maryland, Ryan grew up in a large blended family with siblings across the eastern United States. His diverse family background fostered adaptability and strong communication skills—qualities that would later define his professional approach.
Ryan’s creative foundation began at the Levine School of Music in Washington, DC, where he developed discipline and performance skills over a decade of acting, including performances at Arena Stage in Washington, DC. These early experiences in collaboration and presentation naturally translated into his business career, where he excels at stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership. Outside of work,
Ryan stays active through tennis, bringing the same competitive focus and strategic thinking to the court that he applies to business challenges.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Champlain College (Expected May 2026), Ryan has built a track record of delivering measurable results through three distinct internships spanning IT asset management, business operations, and financial operations. His work has generated tangible cost savings, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced reporting accuracy across multiple organizations.
As President of the Champlain College Anime Club, Ryan applies his business acumen to student leadership, managing communications between 50+ members, university faculty, and student government while developing data-driven engagement strategies.
Ryan combines technical proficiency in Python, PowerBI, and advanced Excel with a growth mindset and genuine passion for solving complex operational challenges. He’s currently seeking entry-level positions and graduate development programs beginning in Summer 2026.
